   – A 20% non-refundable portion of your vendor payment is retained by Wodibenuah Fair. This non-refundable portion is necessary to cover transaction fees and taxes incurred during the online payment processing system.

 

   – Vendors are eligible for a refund of the remaining 80% of their payment if they choose to cancel their participation in Wodibenuah Fair.

   – Refund requests must be made in writing (via email or official correspondence) to our support team no later than [30 days prior to the event].

   – Refund requests made after the specified deadline will not be considered.

 

   – Refunds will be processed within [10 days] of receiving a valid refund request.

   – Refunds will be issued using bank transfer payment method, excluding the non-refundable 20% portion.
